Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the dhk7 platform and all services, games, and promotional offers operated under it. When you create an account on dhk7, log in, or use any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

dhk7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of those changes. You are therefore strongly encouraged to review this page regularly.

dhk7 supports three popular mobile payment methods for the convenience of users in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Typically within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a mobile account registered in the user's name; third-party payments are not accepted.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.

dhk7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer may have its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply in all cases:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example 2: ৳34,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x and applies to the bonus amount only (not the deposit plus bonus).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = after completing ৳18,000 worth of bets, winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a welcome bonus package only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when using bonus funds — this will be stated in the individual terms of each bonus.
• dhk7 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and suspend accounts in the event of suspicious activity or a breach of bonus policy.

dhk7 has a four-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users can advance from one tier to a higher tier through regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to eligible users' accounts at a set time each week. dhk7 reserves the right to change the terms and benefits of the VIP program.
